Our normal check-in time is after 4pm and check-out each day is by 10.30am. Earlier check-in may be available by prior arrangement.
More than 7 days notice no charge.
7 days notice or less will require payment in full.
Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking.
This payment or part payment will be refunded if we can re-let the room(s), minus a 10% handling fee.

We are happy to recommend and book restaurants and taxis and for those guests who prefer to arrive by public transport, we can offer a collection service (by prior arrangement) from Kemble Station, a ten-minute drive away. Alternatively the National Express Coach from Victoria Station, London and Heathrow Airport conveniently stops approximately 250 yards from The Ivy House.
If you are cycling we can safely store your cycle overnight and we also offer drying facilities for walkers.
Off-street parking is available.
